Everything your process needs to run on its own
The bot asks questions, checks answers, scores, books, reminds and keeps your team informed. Below are all the features and examples of ready-made flows.
Discuss your taskFlow editor
A flow is a diagram of blocks on a canvas. You see all of it at once, and it is easy to change.
Blocks and links
Messages with text, buttons and media (photos, video, audio, documents). Each button leads to its own next step.
Conditions
An invisible router block picks the next step based on answers, scores or booking status. Conditions can be combined with AND and OR.
Draft and publish
Changes are saved automatically, while the bot runs on the published version — so you can safely edit a live bot.
Comfortable to work with
Copy and paste blocks, box selection, zoom, sticky notes for your team.
Questionnaires and tests
The bot collects data you don’t have to double-check.
Answer validation
Full name, phone, email, link, hh.ru CV link, number, text only. If an answer doesn’t fit, the bot explains the error and waits for a correct one.
Points and verdicts
Every button has its own score. The bot adds them up and shows a verdict by threshold: “Excellent”, “Try again” and so on.
Finished profile
Questions and answers are compiled into one profile with contact details at the top. It can be sent to HR and saved to a spreadsheet.
Attempts
A test can be retaken — results count from the latest attempt, and the attempt number is kept.
Artificial intelligence
AI takes over what used to need a person: reading a detailed answer or answering a question.
Questionnaire assessment
Overall score, verdict, strengths and weaknesses, a score and comment for every question. You set the criteria — for the whole questionnaire and for individual questions.
AI-text check
For detailed answers, the bot estimates the probability that the text was written by AI.
AI assistant
Answers questions from candidates, employees or customers using your knowledge base, and keeps the conversation context.
Reliability
If the AI service is overloaded, the request is retried automatically, including through another region.
Variables and personalization
Every message can take into account who reads it and what they answered before.
Variables
Name, answers, scores, booking time and any custom values are inserted into text, buttons and conditions.
Calculations
Formulas right in the text: average score, percentages, rounding.
Flow settings
Constants such as a promo code or a manager’s contact. Load them from CSV or Google Sheets and change them with a command in the bot, without opening the editor.
Triggers and reminders
The bot comes back to people at the right moment on its own.
Follow-ups
If someone stops at a step, the bot writes again after a set time — for example after an hour, a day and three days.
Meeting reminders
A day and an hour before the booking, and a “How did it go?” after the meeting.
Time zones
Send times, dates and slots are calculated in the bot’s time zone.
Booking
Interviews, consultations, visits — booked without calls or back-and-forth messages.
Slots
Generate a schedule by working days and hours, slot length, breaks, booking limit per slot; edit days and slots by hand.
Booking rules
Minimum notice before booking, how far ahead slots are shown, limits on cancellations and rescheduling.
For your team
A report of upcoming bookings in your team chat. Click a slot to see who booked it and their questionnaire.
Subscribers and broadcasts
Everyone who has messaged the bot — in one database with their answer history.
Filters
By flow step, answers, scores, bookings, activity and sign-up date. An advanced query for complex conditions.
Groups
A saved filter becomes a group whose members update automatically.
Broadcasts
Instant or scheduled, with buttons and the flow continuing from there. Sending speed respects Telegram limits.
History and export
Each person’s answers and scores, CSV export, blocking of abusers.
Notifications, reports and integrations
Your team learns about results where it already works.
Chat notifications
A candidate or lead profile sent to a private chat, a group or a specific group topic.
Google Sheets
Every questionnaire or event becomes a new row in your spreadsheet.
Analytics
Funnel: started, passed, booked, cancelled. Report templates with daily updates in Telegram.
Leaderboards
A ranking by score for a chosen period — for contests, training and motivation.
Management and data
Multiple bots, clear permissions and careful handling of data.
Multiple bots
All bots and flows in one panel. A flow can be cloned and switched to another bot.
Admin commands
From Telegram: block or delete a user, change flow settings.
User data
Any user can delete their data with the /deleteme command. Bot tokens are stored encrypted.
Clean chat
The bot updates its own message instead of sending a new one at every step — the conversation doesn’t turn into a feed.
High-volume hiring
Hundreds of applications, the same questions every time, candidates lost between calls, and HR spending the day on people who don’t fit.
- The candidate opens the bot from a link in the job post.
- The bot collects full name, phone and CV link, validating the format of each answer.
- Screening questions with points, plus a few open questions.
- AI scores the open answers against your criteria.
- Suitable candidates pick an interview time right away; the rest get a polite reply.
- HR receives a profile in the team chat: answers, scores, AI verdict, booking time. A row goes to Google Sheets.
- The bot reminds about the interview and follows up with those who abandoned the questionnaire.
HR talks only to screened candidates who already have an interview slot. The funnel is visible in a daily report.
Employee onboarding
New hires get the same explanations over and over, and there is no way to check the rules and instructions were actually read.
- The employee gets a link to the bot on day one.
- Step by step, the bot introduces the company, documents and rules: text, video, files.
- Each section ends with a short test with a passing score and a retake option.
- The AI assistant answers questions from the internal knowledge base.
- The mentor or HR gets notified when the employee completes a stage or gets stuck.
The same onboarding for everyone, without repeated explanations. You see who completed what and with what result.
Employee and customer requests
Questions arrive as private messages to different people, get lost and stay unanswered.
- The person picks a request topic with buttons.
- The bot clarifies details and validates contact information.
- The AI assistant answers frequent questions right away.
- Other requests go to the right topic of your team group with a full profile.
- Every request is logged to a spreadsheet.
One entry point for all questions, clear routing and a request history.
Leads and customer bookings
Managers waste time on unqualified leads and on agreeing a time; customers forget about meetings.
- The customer comes to the bot from an ad or your website.
- A few questions define the task and budget; the bot scores the answers.
- A qualified customer picks a consultation time themselves.
- The manager receives the lead with answers in the team chat.
- The bot sends reminders a day and an hour before, and asks how it went afterwards.
- Rescheduling and cancellations happen in the bot, with limits.
Managers get only qualified leads with a time already booked. Fewer no-shows and less back-and-forth.
