  3. Setup After the setup fee is paid, we build the bot and test it together with you.
  4. Launch The bot goes live; your team starts receiving notifications and reports.
  5. Support and growth We answer questions, monitor the bot and extend the flow on request.

Who owns the bot?

The bot is created in Telegram for your company and runs under your name. Content and data belong to you.

Can we edit the flow ourselves?

Yes. The panel has a visual editor: texts, buttons and conditions can be changed without a developer. We can also make changes for you.

What does setup include?

Setting up flows and integrations according to the agreed requirements, within your plan. Work beyond the plan is quoted separately.

Do you integrate with a CRM or HR system?

Ready-made connections are Telegram chats and Google Sheets. Other systems are connected individually on the Enterprise plan.

How is personal data handled?

Your company is the data controller; we process data on your behalf. Users can delete their data with a command in the bot. Data storage location requirements are agreed before launch.

Is there a free plan?

Yes, Minimal: free per month, you only pay for setup. It suits simple questionnaires without branching.
